Are pets permitted in this property?
For hygiene reasons and to ensure the absolute comfort of all our guests (particularly those with allergies), pets are unfortunately not permitted in this property. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
What are the check-in and check-out days for my stay?
During the winter season, stays at this apartment run from Sunday to Sunday. During the summer season, check-in days are more flexible with a minimum stay of 3 nights. In all cases, check-in is available from 5:00 PM, and check-out must be before 10:00 AM to allow for property preparation.
Can the bed configuration be adapted to suit our group's composition?
Absolutely. To perfectly match your needs, the vast majority of the bedrooms in our chalets and apartments can be configured to your preference as either a king-size double bed or two twin beds. Simply let us know your preferred layout before your arrival.
What are the opening periods?
Our residences are open from late November to early May for the winter season, as well as during July and August for your summer stays.
Who will be our main point of contact during our stay?
Upon booking, a dedicated member of our concierge team will be personally assigned to you. They will reach out before your arrival and remain at your complete disposal throughout your stay to assist with any requests you may have.
Is it possible to rent skis directly through Les Chalets Covarel?
