At the heart of the Chalets Covarel experience, gastronomy will punctuate your stay. By renting one of the properties of the collection, you will be able to choose to taste the refined dishes of the private chef or to gather with your family for dinner around the cocottes to be shared by the catering service.

To sit around the table and share a good time is for us the real luxury of a holiday.  Our passionate and talented chefs will work with you to create menus that suit the group and adapt to the diets of each person. From breakfast to dinner, including snacks, you will find fresh and seasonal products cooked with taste and refinement. 

Chef's catering

True to the spirit of the Chalets, the catering service is generous, convivial and refined. To design the menu, our chefs were inspired by the emblematic flavours of our region. Delivered directly to your home, all you have to do is make yourself comfortable and enjoy the gourmet dishes, prepared with love, such as lamb shoulder confit with herbs, polenta with beaufort cheese or celery soup with foie gras and truffles. Before your arrival, you will be able to access our menu and design your menus for the week.
